What Is the Database?

The Database is a premium service added on to the Calculator functions. Adding the Database enhances the Calculator in several ways.

Through a seamless interface, the Calculator saves non-identifiable client data for future visits, follow up with clients about client applications and accumulative agency reporting. Using this database agencies can track a client's progress toward economic self-sufficiency and agency success in providing reports on attaining benefits.

These reports allow agencies to promote their success within the community, cultivate client growth and assist fundraising for these efforts.

The Database helps your agency answer the following questions:

Benefits Results

How many families and individuals received benefits? How many per family?

What resources and cash did these benefits bring to the community?

Quantification

How many clients were served?

With how many clients were we able to follow-up?
